ITP Water Policy Highlights and Comments are pre-publication discussion papers developed primarily as the basis for discussion during ITP's Annual Partners' Meet. The research underlying these publications was funded with support from IWMI, Colombo and the Tata Trusts, Mumbai. However, these are NOT externally peer-reviewed and the views expressed are of the author/s alone and not of ITP or either of its funding partners.
